Hand-Carved Baroque Crucified Christ in Val Gardena Wood

This Baroque-style Crucified Christ sculpture captures the culminating moment of the Passion with a lean, contracted body and carefully modelled anatomy — visible ribs and tensed muscles — offering dramatic realism. The raw, veined wood cross contrasts with the pale, suffering figure; wounds show vivid blood marks and a dark-band crown of thorns, while the perizoma (loincloth) is available in coloured or gold leaf variants.

Crafted in Val Gardena and offered in finishes including natural wood (N), classic colours (CB, CR, CW, 3G) and precious gold leaf (CV).

Available in sizes from 16 cm to 120 cm: pieces up to 56 cm are in precious maple wood, larger sizes in linden wood, designed for longevity and enduring finish.
