This superb Val Gardena sculpture captures Saint Albert the Bishop in a pose of serene contemplation, head tilted upwards to suggest a deep spiritual connection.

Details are finely modelled: a dark, vibrant red cope with gilt borders that match the mitre and sacred accoutrements, a golden crozier and pectoral cross, and an open book in his right hand symbolising wisdom and doctrine.

Available in two finishes — Coloured (C) with brilliant polychromy, and Natural (N) to showcase the wood grain. Made in maple for sizes up to 56 cm for precise detail, and in fine linden wood for sizes from 56 cm upwards for greater stability and monumentality.
