Sculpture of Saint Augustine with Flaming Heart in Val Gardena Wood

A carved statue of Saint Augustine, standing draped in rich fabric with an upward gaze that expresses serenity and the search for divine truth. The composition includes the open book and crozier and features ecclesiastical vestments: white mitre, red robe and golden stole, with detailed folds that reflect the craftsmanship of Val Gardena sculptors.

Available in two finishes: Coloured (C) polychromy, which uses full- and semi-gloss pigments to emphasise details, or Three shades of brown (3G), which celebrates the natural grain with warm, defined tones. Made in the Dolfi tradition from precious maple for sizes up to 56 cm and sturdy linden for larger sizes, ensuring longevity and crisp definition of every detail.
