Lamb – Maple Wood

The Dolfi Lamb is a compact carved sculpture, 10 cm high, with a stylised, youthful form that blends traditional Val Gardena carving with a naive, contemporary design.

The fleece is rendered with a slightly rough, patinated finish in cream tones, contrasting with a smooth, satin face that holds an innocent expression, dark eyes and a tiny smile. A small dark bell around the neck references its alpine, pastoral origins.

Carved from precious maple wood—the preferred material for sculptures under 56 cm for its fine, compact grain—each piece is finished and hand-painted by our master craftsmen, offering an authentic Val Gardena element for your Nativity scene.
