The Stylized Donkey by Dolfi is a Val Gardena carving characterised by soft, rounded lines and a calm, almost meditative pose that emphasises simple, pure form.
Master carvers use burnishing and staining to create gradual colour transitions from natural beige to deep brown, highlighting the maple grain and adding depth without intricate detailing.
Available in sizes 8–16 cm and crafted from precious maple wood, the piece comes in natural, coloured or three-shade brown finishes and is finished with a smooth satin surface.
