Hand Carved Wooden Statue Saint Adolph Bishop with Crozier – Val Gardena

The sculpture of Saint Adolph, Bishop, shows a contemplative figure in pontifical robes of deep burgundy and midnight blue with gilded accents. He holds an open book and a gilded crozier; the bearded face and downward gaze convey calm solemnity.

Carved by Val Gardena artisans, the stole and mantle are modelled with precise hand-carving to create depth and subtle plays of light and shadow.

Made from selected wood — maple for sizes up to 56 cm and fine linden for larger sizes — it is available in finishes C (hand-painted traditional palette), N (natural) and 3G (three shades of brown).
