Statue of Saint Christian Bishop, Wood Carving from Val Gardena

Hand-carved in the Val Gardena tradition, the Statue of Saint Christian Bishop shows the saint in crimson robes with gold trim. The polychrome finish brings out details such as the golden crosier in his left hand, the open book at his chest, and the bearded face beneath a white-and-gold mitre rendered in calm, upward-looking contemplation.

Custom-made by our master sculptors: carved from maple for sizes up to 56 cm, and from linden wood for monumental pieces 60 cm and above for greater stability. Available in classic coloured (C) finishes or a warm natural effect in three shades of brown (3G).
