Statue of St. Thérèse of Lisieux in a Carmelite habit, shown in a pose of humble contemplation with head slightly tilted. She holds a bouquet of roses and a small crucifix — the roses symbolise her promise to "let fall a shower of roses" and the crucifix her faith.

The polychromy is entirely hand-painted, using techniques that add depth and realism to the garments. Brown and cream nuances emphasise the voluminous folds of the habit.

Carved in the Val Gardena tradition and offered in finishes: coloured (C1/C2), natural (N) and Italian olive wood (U). Variants up to 56 cm are crafted in maple wood; sizes from 56 cm upwards are carved in linden wood for greater stability and detail.
