Statue of Saint Clare of Assisi with Monstrance in Wood Carved in Val Gardena

The statue of Saint Clare of Assisi is finely sculpted to convey contemplative serenity, with a slightly tilted head and carefully modelled features.

She wears a monastic habit in warm burnt sienna with realistic folds, a dark veil edged in golden yellow and a white rope knotted at the waist. A polished golden monstrance held in her right hand emphasises her Eucharistic devotion.

Available in coloured and natural finishes in the Dolfi tradition. Sizes up to 56 cm are crafted in maple wood; larger versions are in fine linden. An exclusive Italian olive wood variant is available on request for its distinctive grain and sacred character.
