Wooden Statue of Saint Crescentia, Hand Carved in Val Gardena

Signed Dolfi sculpture from Val Gardena: St Crescentia with dove, shown in serene contemplation with a lowered gaze of humility and prayer. She wears a wide monastic cloak in soft folds, holds a dove — symbol of the Holy Spirit, peace and purity — and supports an open book as an emblem of devotion.

The finely modelled facial features, drapery and carved details reflect Val Gardena’s centuries‑old woodcarving mastery.

Finishes: Coloured (C) polychrome with gilt details, or Three Shades of Brown (3G) for a natural, warm effect. Materials: maple wood for sizes up to 56 cm; linden wood for larger sizes. Suitable for sacred or devotional settings.
