Sculpture of St Louise de Marillac from Val Gardena, carved in a contemplative pose with her head slightly bowed and gaze cast downward.

Rich colour achieved with natural earths and pigments: medium brown habit contrasting with a very dark brown cloak, cream‑white veil and wimple. Iconographic details include the crucifix in her right hand and an open book in her left.

Each piece is unique and hand‑finished by master artisans with a matte, natural finish that enhances the wood grain. Crafted from fine maple for sizes up to 56 cm and sturdy linden for larger dimensions, the statue stands on a two‑tiered hexagonal base.
