Shepherdess - Maple Wood

Shepherdess with Amphora is a stylised sculpture that links the Val Gardena carving tradition with a contemporary, faceless aesthetic. The upright, slightly forward‑leaning pose conveys calm, humility and service.

Hand‑carved from maple wood, the figure features fluid, sweeping lines and a near‑monolithic silhouette. Available in natural maple wood (N) or warm coloured tones (C or 3G). The vertical grain remains visible beneath a light polish, giving each piece a distinctive appearance.
