Saint Ottilia Hand-Carved Wood Statue

Saint Ottilia is carved with a glossy teal-blue robe and a golden cloak that simulates gold leaf. The serene, contemplative face, delicate features and downcast eyes complement the devout pose; the figure also features an intricately carved crown and a detailed golden chalice.

Made by the Val Gardena workshop, the polychromy is hand-painted with contrasts such as a salmon‑orange undergarment and a dark‑green palm. Smaller sizes (up to 56 cm) are carved in maple for finer detail; larger sizes are in linden for lightness and stability. Available finishes: Coloured (C), Natural (N) and three brown shades (3G).
